Discovery Pack

When you send us your initial payment or when you have paid on-line, we will, by return of post, send you your discovery pack. This will contain primarily a certificate for research. This certificate can be either used by yourself or maybe you wish to give it to someone as a gift.

The rest of the pack contains:

An A3 family-tree wallchart upon which you can add information to about which family members you are already aware of, this will be returned to us in our supplied pre-paid envelope. This will provide us a starting point and to help us avoid tracing your known family members.

Our 'peace of mind' guarantee, ensuring that if we do not complete the research as stated, you shall receive a full refund.
